The model bridges policyholders seeking liquidity and investors seeking stable, market-linked returns, creating a win-win ecosystem. We are expanding rapidly and seek a dynamic Management Trainee – Financial Content & Marketing who can transform financial concepts into content that people actually want to read, watch and share.

Role Overview

The role combines financial writing, storytelling and content creation across digital platforms. You will be responsible for researching financial topics, developing content ideas and creating posts, articles, carousels, scripts and other formats that educate and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Research and create content around investments, insurance, personal finance, wealth management and financial markets.

·      Write engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, newsletters and social media content.

·      Develop carousel concepts, video/reel scripts, hooks and storytelling-led content.

·      Convert complex financial concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content.

·      Track financial trends, news and market developments to identify relevant content opportunities.

·      Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content campaigns.

·      Maintain consistency in brand voice, accuracy and regulatory compliance.

·      Experiment with different content formats to improve audience engagement and reach.

·      Use AI and digital content tools to improve research, ideation and content creation.

Skills required:

·      Strong writing and storytelling skills.

·      Good understanding or strong interest in finance, investments, insurance and personal finance.

·      Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy.

·      Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary and communication.

·      Curiosity about financial markets, businesses and current affairs.

·      Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and engaging narratives.

·      Comfortable working with social media and digital content formats.

·      A creative mindset with an ability to think beyond conventional financial content.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/BBA or graduate in Finance/ B com (Hon)/ Eco.(Hon) or equivalent.
• Excellent Analytical and communication skills with a sharp eye for details.
• MS Office with advanced excel skills is a must have.
• Working knowledge of data handling and presentation tools like power BI/python etc. (preferable though not mandatory)
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube.
• Basic understanding of Canva or other content/design tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and content development.
