About the Role

Grand Slam Fitness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated MR Sales Executive to promote and sell our Sports Science equipment to leading government institutions, educational organizations, hospitals, and sports bodies across South India.

The candidate will be based in Bangalore and will be required to travel extensively across South India for client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Sports Science equipment to institutional and government clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with organizations such as AIIMS, IITs, BCCI, universities, hospitals, Sports Authorities, and other government institutions.
• Visit clients across South India for meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and business development.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for product demonstrations and customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Represent Grand Slam Fitness and its products professionally at client locations.
• Maintain regular reports of client visits, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
• Develop new institutional and government business opportunities in the assigned region.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Sports Management, or a related field will be preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in institutional sales, medical equipment, sports equipment, fitness equipment, or a related industry.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel across South India.
• Should have a professional approach and ability to deal with government and institutional clients.
• Must be able to understand and explain technical/product features to customers.
• Candidates based in Bangalore or nearby locations will be preferred.

Travel

• The position requires extensive travel across South India.
• All official travel expenses will be borne by the company, including applicable transportation, accommodation, and other approved business travel expenses.
