Job Description
Experience: 2+yrs in Dermatology segment
1. Sales and Promotion:
o Promote products to doctors and other KOLs within the assigned territory.
o Work closely with your reporting manager to achieve your sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and doctors in the healthcare industry.
o Address doctors inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Reporting:
o Report regularly on sales targets and achievements to the Divisional Business Manager (DBM) and provide updates on market insights and doctors feedback as requested.
o Work closely with DBMs and other senior leaders to learn effective sales strategies and tactics, seeking mentorship and guidance to enhance your sales performance.
