Job Description

  • Prepare monthly management MIS covering revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and working capital.
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual analysis and highlight key variances.
  • Maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts and support financial planning.
  • Analyse channel, store, product and operational costs to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to founders to support business decisions.
  • Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, payment schedules and reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor, bank and marketplace settlement reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the external CA firm for accounting, statutory and payroll-related requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and approval controls for financial transactions.
