Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Check outlet status live on Swiggy & Zomato platforms and report discrepancies.
  • Perform weekly payout entries and reconciliation for Zomato.
  • Update and maintain kitchen contact numbers on S & Z platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across operational systems.
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS data.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates.
  • Verify data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support daily operational activities and platform management.
