Job Description

ऑफिस का समय सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक रहेगा। यदि कभी ओवरटाइम करना पड़े, तो उसका अलग से भुगतान किया जाएगा।


इस काम में आपको ऑफिस की सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखनी होगी। रोज़ाना ऑफिस, टेबल और आसपास की जगह को साफ और ठीक से रखना जरूरी होगा ताकि ऑफिस साफ-सुथरा दिखे।

आपको फोटो और वीडियो शूट में भी मदद करनी होगी। इसमें लाइट्स लगाना, सामान सेट करना, प्रोडक्ट और प्रॉप्स को सही जगह रखना, और शूट के दौरान टीम की मदद करना शामिल है। शूट से पहले कपड़ों या प्रोडक्ट्स को आयरन करना भी आपकी जिम्मेदारी होगी।


इसके अलावा, टीम और मेहमानों के लिए चाय-कॉफी सर्व करनी होगी और बेसिक व्यवस्था संभालनी होगी।


आपको इन्वेंट्री (सामान) का भी ध्यान रखना होगा, जैसे स्टॉक चेक करना, रिकॉर्ड अपडेट करना और जरूरी सामान की कमी न होने देना। साथ ही, ऑफिस के छोटे-मोटे एडमिन कामों में मदद करनी होगी।

इस रोल में आपको जिम्मेदारी से काम करना, समय पर काम पूरा करना और एक साथ कई काम संभालने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
