Job Description

  • Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and ensure pantry supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.
  • Handle photocopying, document filing, and courier-related activities when required.
  • Expert with vacuum cleaning.
