ROLE SUMMARY

The Operations Executive at Aleph India Group is responsible for documentation, task execution &

follow-up, client communication support, filing & data entry and related functions within the Operations

department. This role operates at L4 level under the Certification Wing, requiring a minimum of 0+ years

of relevant experience. The incumbent will drive measurable outcomes across 4 assigned KRAs, aligned

with Aleph India's mission in technical consulting, product testing, regulatory approvals, and compliance

services.

KRA 1: Documentation & Follow-up

KRA 2: Client Communication Support

KRA 4: Daily Reporting & Attendance
