Job Description

Handle day-to-day travel operations, bookings, and client requirements.

Coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and tour packages.

Prepare itineraries, quotations, vouchers, and travel documents.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other suppliers for confirmations.

Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and last-minute changes.

Ensure smooth execution of FIT, group, and corporate travel arrangements.

Follow up on payments, invoices, and booking deadlines.

Maintain accurate booking records and client information.

Provide timely support to clients before and during their trips.

Resolve operational issues efficiently and ensure high-quality customer service.
