Job Description: Performance Marketing / Brand Marketing

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Interview Timing: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, execute, and scale paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Manage monthly ad budgets with a strict focus on lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximizing qualified lead volume.
Build custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels tailored to real estate property buyers and investors.
Conduct continuous A/B split testing on ad copies, headlines, hooks, creatives, and landing pages.
Track daily campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS), prevent ad fatigue, and ensure steady lead delivery into the sales CRM.
Requirements:
Proven track record running paid ad campaigns with demonstrable lead generation results.
Deep technical understanding of Meta Pixel, custom conversions, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for daily data reporting.
3-10 years of hands-on paid ads experience (prior real estate lead generation experience strongly preferred).
Walk-in Venue / Contact: Bring an updated CV and case studies/screenshots of past campaign performance and dashboards.
