Personal Loan Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our sales team. The

candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining personal loan

products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, references, and other sales channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.

• Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

• Convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.

• Follow up with customers for required documents and application status.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.

• Ensure proper compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of personal loans and banking products.

• Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized board or university.
