Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for personal loans and app-based loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Assist customers with online loan applications and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve application conversion.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for application processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate customer information, KYC documentation, and compliance with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in NBFC, fintech, personal loan sales, or digital lending.
- Knowledge of app-based loan applications and customer onboarding.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
