Job Description
Manage schedules & appointments — meetings calls, travel plans, reminders.
Handle calls &
communication — answer calls, take messages, coordinate with clients/teams.
Email management — draft, reply to, organize, and follow up on emails.
Documentation — prepare reports, presentations, letters, invoices, and other documents
Data & Excel work — maintain records, prepare spreadsheets, update databases
Meeting coordination — schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items
Travel arrangements — flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, etc
Follow-ups — remind the manager/team about pending tasks and deadlines
Confidentiality — maintain privacy of personal, business, and financial information
Office coordination coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and other departments.
