Picking: Mobile app mein order dekh kar store ki shelves se items nikalna.
Packing: Items ko sahi tarike se bags mein pack karna taaki raste mein damage na ho.
Quality Check: Packing se pehle check karna ki saamaan (fruits, vegetables, milk) fresh hai ya nahi.
Speed: 10-minute delivery ka target hota hai, isliye jaldi aur dhyan se kaam karna hoga.
