Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor PLC-controlled production machines.
Set machine parameters and perform machine changeovers as per production requirements.
Troubleshoot minor machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns.
Understand machine tolerances and diameter specifications.
Follow 5S practices and maintain a safe, clean work area.
Candidate Profile
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or B.Tech in Mechanical.
0–3 years of experience operating PLC-based machines in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
