Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, explain real estate projects, and schedule property site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls with potential property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and investment needs.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and location advantages.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regular follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site-visit targets.
- Requirements0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Real Estate.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable making frequent calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or WhatsApp Business.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
