Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finishing section ka daily production target achieve karwana.
  2. Garments ki thread cutting, ironing, checking, folding aur packing supervise karna.
  3. Final garment mein measurement, stitching, stains, loose thread, defects check karwana.
  4. Quality issue milne par rework/alteration coordinate karna.
  5. Finishing workers/karigars ko work allocation karna.
  6. Production flow maintain karna aur bottleneck identify karna.
  7. Packing se pehle final quality inspection ensure karna.
  8. Size, colour aur quantity ke according packing accuracy maintain karna.
  9. Daily production & rejection/rework report maintain karna.
  10. Cutting, stitching, QC aur dispatch team ke saath coordination karna.
  11. Urgent orders ko priority ke according complete karwana.
  12. Manpower aur finishing material ka proper utilization karna.
