We are currently seeking a Program Execution Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Program Execution Manager

Role purpose
Drive the day-to-day integrated execution of the programme, ensuring workstreams collectively deliver the agreed plan, milestones and outcomes. The role turns programme direction into action and provides the connective tissue between individual workstream leads and programme leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the integrated programme plan, critical path, dependencies and milestone readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across workstreams, challenging owners on progress, dates, resources and recovery actions.
• Run the execution rhythm around priorities, hot topics, dependencies, runbooks and cross-workstream actions.
• Identify blockers early, drive resolution at working level and escalate where programme-level intervention or decisions are required.
• Coordinate readiness across testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and formal workstream/SOW closure.
• Ensure agreed decisions and corrective actions are translated into delivery activity and closed to evidence.

 

Program Governance Manager

Role purpose
Own the programme governance and control framework, ensuring the right issues are considered by the right forum, decisions are made at the appropriate level and actions, risks and commitments are transparently controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the programme governance map, decision rights and meeting cadence, including executive stand-ups, programme leadership, Program Board and SteerCo/ESC.
• Manage agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decision logs and action tracking, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-through.
• Maintain programme-level RAID and ensure material risks, issues, dependencies and decisions are escalated appropriately.
• Coordinate formal approvals, milestone acceptance, workstream sign-offs and closure governance.
• Maintain governance standards, templates, RACI and controls and ensure workstreams comply with the agreed operating model.
• Act as the link between delivery teams and executive governance, ensuring issues arrive with clear options, recommendations and decisions required.

 

Program Reporting Manager

Role purpose
Create and maintain the programme's single, trusted view of delivery performance, providing programme leadership with concise, accurate and decision-oriented reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the programme reporting calendar, templates, standards and submission process across all workstreams.
• Consolidate workstream status into programme-wide dashboards covering progress, priorities, milestones, RAID, dependencies and decisions.
• Produce high-quality reporting for weekly programme leadership, Program Board, SteerCo/ESC and internal executive forums.
• Challenge workstream inputs for accuracy, consistency and evidence rather than simply consolidating reported status.
• Identify trends, exceptions and emerging areas of concern and translate detailed delivery information into clear executive messages.
• Maintain milestone and KPI reporting and continuously improve reporting through better data, tooling and automation.
• Maintain reporting artefacts and processes so that programme reporting can be transitioned cleanly between team members where required.
