Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate special project operations. Preparing reports, presentations, and data
• Organizing documents and reports, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate and communicate with different departments and project stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. Manage project resources and ensure all resources are used efficiently.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Management as needed.
• Meeting preparation and follow-up: prepare agendas for leadership meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up and action items.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a project administrator or similar role. ,
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and think critically in dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail.
