Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with Cleints for property sales.
- Attend client meetings along with the Directors or senior team members.
- Maintain and regularly update lead records, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Submit weekly updates to the Directors on lead progress and sales activities.
- Manage client relationships
- Close property deals
- Meet sales targets
- Showcase properties
- Market listings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate / Retail / Insurance / Loan).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and property landscape.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, channel partners, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiate deals, and drive successful closures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide accurate market insights.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Reasonable command over English and Hindi languages.
- Confident in speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR for client meetings.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of real estate is NOT mandatory.
