Real Estate Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with Cleints for property sales.
• Attend client meetings along with the Directors or senior team members.
• Maintain and regularly update lead records, follow-ups, and deal status.
• Submit weekly updates to the Directors on lead progress and sales activities.
• Manage client relationships
• Close property deals
• Meet sales targets
• Showcase properties
• Market listings
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate / Retail / Insurance / Loan).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and property landscape.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, channel partners, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, negotiate deals, and drive successful closures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide accurate market insights.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Reasonable command over English and Hindi languages.
• Confident in speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR for client meetings.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate is NOT mandatory.
