The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new leads through networking, references, property portals, and market visits.
• Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Present and recommend suitable residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and channel partners.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Coordinate with internal teams, property owners, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and deal status.
• Stay updated on property prices, market trends, upcoming projects, and local real estate developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide professional and timely service throughout the sales/rental process.

• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and a strong interest in real estate may also be considered.
