- Generate and handle potential customer leads through calls and other channels.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and project amenities.
- Promote farmhouse, residential plot, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
