Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, suggesting suitable options, generating customer interest, and supporting the sales process from initial interaction to follow-up.
- Handle calls with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads, build client relationships, and coordinate site visits.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, professional, and positive attitude with a sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with sales/telecalling knowledge can apply.
