Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.
  • Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective customers.
  • Arrange site visits and conduct property presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate with clients and close property deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, client records, and follow-up updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
