Job Description
- Generate and handle leads through calls, online platforms, references and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain available residential and commercial properties, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team and property owners/developers.
- Keep updated on property inventory, pricing and market developments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
