About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful property transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with prospective buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Present suitable residential/commercial property options to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct property visits/site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, property owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated about local property markets, projects, pricing, and competitors.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong interest in real estate may also apply.
