Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, generate leads, and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and excellent negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct property site visits and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
  • Build and maintain a strong client database
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to close transactions
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
