Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
- Provide personalized guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
- Property Sales & Negotiation
- Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and manage the process from start to finish.
- Ensure smooth closure of deals while protecting client interests.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Advertise properties through digital platforms, listing services, and traditional media.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
