Job Description
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate agents or sales executives.
Sales Strategy: Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and design action plans to hit targets.
Channel & Client Management: Oversee channel partners, key accounts, and high-value negotiations.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, economic indicators, and local housing supply and demand trends.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records using CRM platforms.
Handle sales activities from lead generation to site visits, negotiations and clousers.
Guide Sales Executives on project details.
