We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented & experienced Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for business growth.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers, brokers and channel partners.

- Generate new business opportunities and ensure consistent sales closures.
- Train and support team members to improve their sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

- Proven experience in handling and motivating a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-driven attitude with a strong focus on closures.
- Good knowledge of Noida / Delhi NCR Real Estate Market will be an advantage.
