Real Estate Telecaller

Job Responsiblities

 Make Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

 Explain property details such as location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

 Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

 Schedule site visits or meeting between interested clients and sales opportunities.

 Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunitie.

 Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets.

 Handle Customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.

 Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management and conversions.

 Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria

 Graduate in any field.

 6 Month of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

 Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software.

 Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during calling
