Recruiter

- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to source and hire suitable candidates. - Coordinates with various departments to understand hiring needs and job requirements. - Manages candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes. - Maintains candidate databases and recruitment records. - Works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions. - Supports employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. - Requires good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal teams. - May involve working in office locations in New Delhi and Noida. - Focuses on attracting and retaining talent to meet organizational goals.
