Job Description

Operational Delivery

1. Overall day to day delivery of the services ensuring KPI’s are consistently delivered across multiple business units
2. Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the contract, ensuring seamless delivery. Overseeing other service units (Compliance)
3. Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, KPIs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities
4. Managing operational relationship with core leadership team
5. Act as an escalation point for delivery lead to work towards any client / business exceptions 
6. Work with the delivery lead to ensure there is an informed view of the forward demand and delivery readiness in terms of capability/capacity
7. Liaise closely with wider internal stakeholders to maintain effective relationships & achieve organizational objectives
8. Risk Management of the service
9. To consolidate the operational plan for assigned process streams and “cross service” supporting activities to give a consolidated plan for delivery of the service
10. To deliver the service to that plan, proactively monitoring delivery and instigating corrective monitoring should the measures indicate deviation from the plan
11. To report the operational service across the stakeholders
12. To liaison for availability of the operational platforms required for service delivery
13. Continuous Improvement & Lessons learnt
14. Partnering in Change Management
15. Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk

 

People Management

 

1. Recruiting, inducting and training new team members where and when required
2. Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required
3. Career planning and management for team members
4. Advise and mentor team members
5. Develop training plan at the team and individual level
6. To motivate, lead and develop the team and encourage communication

 

Commercial Delivery of the Service

 

1. Manage the operational service to the service levels defined in the contract and any subsequent work packages and change controls in conjunction with SSI’s commercial team
2. Project specific commercial targets & forecast planning
