Karma Miles, India's first seniors community and experiences brand, is hiring for Karma Companions, a premium companionship service where trained companions

accompany senior citizens for errands, outings and also provide company at home. We are looking for Relationship Associates to act as Companions while also

building a strong relationship with seniors and their families, executing companion bookings and leading offline marketing and sales across Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi

NCR.

What You Will Do

• Accompany seniors for doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, pharmacy visits and follow-up appointments, assisting with registrations, paperwork and hospital navigation.
• Support seniors with social outings, shopping, banking, government work and other everyday errands.
• Visit seniors at home for companionship, technology assistance and coordination of healthcare at home, including appointments and follow-up care.
• Drive the senior's own vehicle whenever required or coordinate alternate transport.
• Share regular WhatsApp updates and photographs with family members, while promptly reporting any health concerns or emergencies to the family and the Karma Miles Operations Team.
• Build relationships with seniors and their families and become a trusted point of contact.
• Understand requirements, explain Karma Companions and manage enquiries and bookings from initial conversation through completion.
• Follow up with leads, drive repeat bookings and identify opportunities to cross-sell other Karma Miles verticals, services, experiences and events.
• Execute offline marketing activities across Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi NCR.
• Represent Karma Miles at events, community gatherings, exhibitions and residential activations.
• Maintain lead, booking and customer records and track marketing and sales performance.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups.

Who We Are Looking For

• Candidate with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Hospitality fields.
• Experience in sales, business development, relationship management, hospitality, events or customer experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales, networking and meeting people in person.
• Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Warm, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills
• Well-groomed, punctual, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Physically fit and comfortable travelling across Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi NCR
• Owns a smartphone and is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, ride-booking and digital payment apps.
• Respects the senior's independence and guides rather than takes over
• A valid driving licence is preferred.

Role Details

• Role: Relationship Associate (Full-Time)
• Eligibility: Young professionals, Final-year Undergraduates, Master’s, MPhil, and PhD scholars
• Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Delhi NCR
• Duration: Full time role
• Stipend: ₹25,000 / month + Performance Incentives
• Format: Full-time with flexible hours (Weekend availability required)

This Role Does Not Include

To maintain professional boundaries and dignified companionship:

• No personal hygiene, bathing, or toileting assistance.
• No domestic maid work, housekeeping, or cooking.
• This is an intellectual, emotional, and relationship manager level role, not a domestic help or clinical nursing role.

Safety, Support & Work Structure

• Vetted, Dignified Clientele: Female Relationship Associates are mapped to thoroughly vetted female seniors in premium residential societies (including retired bureaucrats, senior government officials, and families of ex-servicemen).
• Structured Onboarding & Shadowing: You will receive comprehensive office training and shadow experienced companions on the field. Independent one-to-one mapping is allocated only when both you and the senior feel completely comfortable.
• Strict Daytime Timings: We strictly adhere to scheduled daytime hours - female associates are never required to work night shifts.
• Travel Allowance: A fixed travel allowance is provided on every booking.
• Office & Field Balance: Alongside fulfilling companion bookings, you will be required to visit the office regularly to collaborate on internal tasks, operations, and relationship management.
