Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor brands across digital platforms including marketplaces, social media, websites, and messaging platforms
• Identify unauthorized sellers, counterfeit listings, and instances of trademark/copyright misuse
• Conduct platform-wise analysis to identify trends, repeat offenders etc.
• Validate and verify infringements before reporting to ensure accuracy
• Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards (PowerPoint / Excel / Power BI)
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely takedowns and resolution
• Track and report on takedown status, platform responses, and overall enforcement impact
• Support further investigations by gathering and analysing relevant data (seller details, linkages, etc.)
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate processing/analysis in internal systems
• Stay updated on platform policies, enforcement mechanisms to be able to get faster resolution on reported infringements

2. Client Communication, Reporting & Management

·       Extensive communication with clients on email.

·       Conducting data analysis and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Interacting & engage with the manager for project updates & feedback.
