Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Retail Pharmacist to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medications, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong knowledge of medicines, inventory handling, and patient counseling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription medicines accurately as per doctor’s instructions
  • Guide customers on proper usage, dosage, and side effects of medicines
  • Manage pharmacy stock, inventory, and expiry tracking
  • Maintain records of sales, billing, and purchase orders
  • Handle generic medicine substitution (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Handle customer queries professionally
