Sales and Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Female B2B Sales & Business Development Executive for our Noida office.

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, presentable and result-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, Corporate Sales or Business Development. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and develop new B2B & Enterprise business opportunities

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking and market research

* Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

* Handle follow-ups, negotiations and achieve sales targets

* Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

* 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience

* Master’s Degree mandatory

* Excellent English & Hindi communication skills

* Strong presentation, negotiation and convincing skills

* Professional personality with a target-oriented mindset

* Immediate/short notice candidates preferred
