Business Development & Talent Acquisition Intern

Company: Hire Route

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic

Business Development & Talent Acquisition Intern to support our client acquisition, recruitment, and marketing initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, business development, employer branding, and relationship management.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and online databases.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Schedule meetings with HR professionals, founders, and business leaders.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Update and manage lead records in the CRM.
  • Talent AcquisitionSource candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database.
  • Marketing & BrandingAssist in creating LinkedIn posts and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct market research on industries, hiring trends, and competitors.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promotional activities.
  • OperationsPrepare client proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Support day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident speaking over phone and email.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • EligibilityPursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
