Sales Associate

we are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, job portals, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients.
• Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.

Compensation & Career Growth

• During Probation (15–20 days): Incentive-based compensation as per the company's applicable structure.
• After Successful Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on performance and company policy.
