Job Overview -
We are searching for a driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at P&S Innovation. Ideally, you are a professional who understands Industrial Automation products and possesses the ability to demonstrate their functionality to clients. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate technical solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating with the senior team, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities -
- Consultation & SalesIdentify customer requirements and suggest appropriate Industrial Automation products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Sensors, Relays, Power Supplies, Switches, etc.).
- Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Quotation & Sales CoordinationPrepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the senior sales team for pricing, product selection, technical approvals, and commercial discussions.
- Follow instructions from the senior team and complete assigned sales-related tasks accordingly.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Lead Generation & ManagementSource new clients and follow up on leads via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Manage B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial to generate inquiries.
- Proposal CreationPrepare and submit detailed quotations, technical proposals, and reports.
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild rapport with existing and new accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or delays.
- Order FulfillmentProcess orders, coordinate with the fulfillment team, communicate delivery timelines, and manage stock-out situations effectively.
- Market AnalysisAssess competitors by analyzing trends and products to identify new sales opportunities.
- Continuous LearningKeep up-to-date with new product launches and technical features to explain complex terminology to non-technical clients effectively.
- Qualifications & RequirementsAny Graduate
Experience: Minimum of 6 Months to 2 Years in Sales or Marketing.
Skills Required -
- Strong B2B sales experience (handling IndiaMART/TradeIndia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Email Marketing and Social Media/WhatsApp Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor.
- Soft SkillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
