Job Description:

Tripojee is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings, guiding customers in selecting the best travel packages, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries.

• Understand customers' travel preferences and recommend suitable tour packages.

• Explain package inclusions, pricing, itineraries, and travel policies.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent sales support.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in telesales or the travel industry is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary: Upto 5 Lakh + Attractive Incentives.
