Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain the company’s services.
• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated about competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
