Sales Executive

About eVisas.in eVisas.in is a fast-growing service industry helping people get their desired Visa and travel packages across India. We provide our services to 120+ countries. We are expanding our Noida sales team and looking for confident, sales-driven people who love talking to customers.

About the role You will speak and chat with the incoming customers who are interested in travelling and need a visa services or travel packages. You will understand their requirement, explain our service, build trust, and convert them into paying clients — then manage the client smoothly until their booking is done. All leads and tools are provided; these are warm, interested leads, not cold calling.

What you will do

• Call and Chat with incoming leads (people interested in visas/travel).
• Understand each customer's requirement and explain eVisas services, the process, timelines, and pricing clearly.
• Convert interested leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up regularly with warm leads until they convert.
• Capture and update every lead's details accurately in the CRM.
• Share the required forms and guide customers through the next steps.
• Handle questions and objections politely, and keep customers happy.
• Coordinate with the booking team so the customer gets great service after the sale.

What we are looking for

• Good communication in Hindi and English — both on calls and on chat.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable doing sales.
• A sales mindset — able to persuade, follow up, and close.
• Basic computer/smartphone skills (CRM, Microsoft Suite, Excel/Google Forms).
• Freshers with good communication are welcome; telecalling / tele-sales / BPO / travel / edtech sales experience is a plus.
• Graduate preferred (12th pass can also apply).
• Reliable, target-oriented, and customer-friendly.

What we offer

• Fixed salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + attractive sales incentives on every conversion.
