Urpio (a subsidiary of Cloudbird Digital Private Limited) is an AI company building voice agents that answer business leads in seconds, 24x7. We are live and growing fast, and we are hiring energetic Pre-Sales Executives to call interested business owners and book them for a product demo.

Location: Noida, Sector 8 (work from office)

Experience: 0 to 3 years (sharp freshers welcome)

Salary: Best in industry

Working days: 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM

Languages: Fluent Hindi and English — compulsory

The Role

You are the first voice customers hear from Urpio. You will call leads, qualify the right ones, and convince them to attend a demo. Your success is measured by actual demos completed.

What You Will Do

• Call leads from our Meta, Instagram and Google ad campaigns, fast, while interest is high.
• Do outbound cold calling on our business database to generate demo interest.
• Qualify every lead against our set parameters (shared during training).
• Convince qualified leads to book and attend a product demo.
• Meet daily demo targets (target shared after joining).
• Handle objections confidently and follow up so no lead goes cold.
• Keep lead status and notes updated in our CRM.

What We Are Looking For

• Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English (both compulsory).
• An energetic, convincing personality comfortable with high call volumes and targets.
• Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and judge lead fit.
• Basic comfort with smartphones, calling apps, and CRM.
• Telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or BPO experience is a plus, not mandatory.
