• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for generating qualified leads and closing deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Guide sales executives throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales team members.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure effective conversion.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and business performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities.
• Candidate Requirements2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates with an existing client/channel-partner network will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
