Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Exhibitor Acquisition & Space Sales: Actively hunt and close new business by selling exhibition space (bare space and shell schemes) and high-value sponsorship packages to target industries.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client retention and re-booking rates for future editions of the exhibitions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the marketing goals of prospective exhibitors and pitch customized participation packages that maximize their Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor events, and trade publications to identify new prospects and emerging sectors to target.
  • Floor Plan Management: Work closely with the operations and layout teams to allocate booth spaces effectively and strategically.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections in the company CRM. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • On-site Execution: Represent Vaarta Trade Fairs at industry events and competitor shows. Manage client needs on-site during our exhibitions to ensure smooth operations and immediate re-booking.
