Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and profitability. • Lead, motivate, and manage the entire sales team to deliver exceptional performance. • Oversee daily sales operations, including team meetings, client interactions, and deal closures. • Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors. • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance through regular reviews. • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, events, and campaigns. • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal finalization with high conversion rates. • Maintain accurate sales reports and present performance insights to management. • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
