Sales Manager – Insurance Department

Job Responsibilities

Manage and lead the insurance sales team.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Guide team members and monitor their performance.

Handle customer queries and support the sales process.

Prepare sales reports and track team performance.

Develop strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in insurance sales/team handling.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Strong target-oriented approach.

Candidates with insurance industry experience preferred.
