About Solarana (Aditya Construction)

Solarana is a Varanasi-based solar company with 17+ years of experience in on-grid, hybrid and battery storage systems, serving government, commercial and residential customers. We are expanding our home rooftop solar business under the PM Surya Ghar scheme across Western UP and are looking for driven sales professionals to grow with us.

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Amroha, Moradabad, Mathura and Agra, both from company leads and through your own field visits
• Understand each customer's electricity needs and suggest the right solar system
• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar and the PM Surya Ghar scheme in simple language
• Share accurate quotations and follow up until the order is closed
• Coordinate with our technical team for site surveys and installation
• Build your own local network and generate new customer leads

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience in the solar industry
• Solar experience is mandatory: only candidates who have worked in solar sales should apply
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi
• Willingness to travel daily within your assigned area
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently

What We Offer

• Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives on sales above your monthly target (average ₹5,000 per month)
• Field travel reimbursed at ₹3 per km
