We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can independently develop business from the market and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities through regular market visits and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other relevant professionals.
• Introduce our products and services to prospective clients and generate new leads.
• Visit project sites, offices, design studios, and customer locations to understand requirements and generate business.
• Present and explain our curtains, blinds, upholstery, fabrics, and other furnishing products based on customer requirements.
• Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to convert enquiries into orders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to order closure and follow-up.
• Develop a network of architects and interior designers and encourage them to recommend our products for their projects.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the showroom, design, tailoring, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
• Candidate ProfileExperience in sales, business development, marketing, home furnishings, interior products, curtains, blinds, fabrics, or related industries will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be confident in meeting architects, interior designers, and clients.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field work and market visits.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing business independently.
• Candidates with an existing network among architects, interior designers, contractors, or builders will have an added advantage.
